Crawford Software Consulting, Inc. (CSCI) is a network of highly experienced consultants focused on optimizing the performance of individuals and organizations.  By applying traditional and non-traditional methods, CSCI is dedicated to helping clients reach their business objectives, on target, on time and within budget.  We work side by side with our clients to clarify and detail their vision; plan the initiatives that must be taken to reach that vision; turn initiatives into concrete projects; and then support those projects with consulting and project management resources.

One item that differentiates CSCI from other consulting firms is our years of experience.  Currently we average over 15 years of manufacturing and manufacturing software experience per consultant. With CSCI's vast array of manufacturing experience we are known as a company that helps you, the client, implement projects quicker, thus keeping the cost down and helping get the ROI even sooner. CSCI can do this because we believe in small core project teams which are typically made up of the clients employees and our highly experienced staff.

We are proud to offer completely independent opinions.  With over 20 years of manufacturing software experience we have the knowledge to assist you in evaluating your current implementation, recommend enhancements, and select new software packages.  We are available to assist you with an open minded outside evaluation of your companies utilization of your current manufacturing packages, provide process improvement and training to help your company maximize your software investment resulting in better customer satisfaction through on time deliveries and commitment dates.  Reduce inventory and other costs through improved requirements planning. 

Options:
We are available to work with you in the most cost effective manner.  We can work entirely on site, or through a combination of on site and off site work.  Remote off site work is obviously the most cost effective method, but in either case our goal is a completed project, delivered on time in the most cost effective manner.
