Oren is a functional consultant with over 25 years of experience in ERP software implementations and functional consulting. Over the past 15 years, Oren has served as an individual contributor, team lead, and project manager for ERP implementations, upgrades, and functional enhancements. In his roles, Oren has overseen the functional design, testing design, testing validation, and implementation of multiple releases of software packages. Oren’s core area of expertise is Financial Management including Asset Management and is equally versed in CRM, Sales, and Materials Management. With extensive cross-functional experience, Oren has the ability to understand the functional requirement and business process from the beginning of the process to the end of the process. With a background as an end user, software support business director, and technical developer in legacy environments Oren is capable of converting your functional requirements into a technical design outline that can be quickly developed for enhancements when required. Having done training, on-site and remote for many years Oren has developed different approaches to simplify and eases the introduction of a new system or new functionality to different levels of users. Having worked at major medical device manufacturers and defense contractors, Oren has a deep knowledge of regulatory and business requirements.
