Month-End Inventory and Cost Snapshot

Crawford Software has developed a procedure to capture all of your month-end inventory balances and cost data with each month-end for Epicor ERP, versions 9 and 10. With our solution, a job can be run manually or scheduled as a background job with a dynamic date that will capture all on-hand inventory balances for all parts, owned, customer consignment, vendor consignment WIP, and Inspection are captured in a monthly bucket.

The cost data for that period is captured simultaneously as the inventory balances. A customized Part Historical Part Tracker is provided as part of the solution, allowing you to view an individual month, quarter, or prior year for a given part master. The solution provides an auditable snapshot of inventory and cost data for prior periods and the data collected can be used with our additional add-on solutions for the calculation of safety stocks and inventory analysis.
