Crawford Software has developed a solution to create a matrix for PO approval limits. This functionality works seamlessly with the standard Epicor PO approval process but offers an increased level of control. A matrix is created for all approval limits. The buyers are set up with the matrix they are associated with. The order goes into pending status if a buyer creates a PO over their preset limit. The approval process takes place based upon order value and matrix setup on the buyer.
