Overview
This document will describe the process of posting recurrent journal entries. This process will cover both posting GL recurring entries and posting recurring entries manually.
Process Summary
This application is used to enter recurring and periodic journals into the general ledger for month-end processing. Journal entries and postings are added to the system using the GL Post Recurring Journals application. The General Ledger module installation will be required.
GL Post Recurring Journals
Post GL Recurring Journals according to the options indicated:
- Posting date
- Year
- Period
- Journal
Menu Path
General Ledger >Transaction Processing > GL Post Recurring Journals
To exit the screen, click “Home” at the top.
