SYSPRO Warehouse Create

This document outlines the steps to create a new warehouse within SYSPRO, explain the manual process of creating a warehouse and the path menu, and show how workflow are the same for both the Create and Change processes.

Process Summary

As part of the warehouse setup, a new warehouse must be established. Create a warehouse and enter field data following the steps outlined below.

 

  1. Warehouse Description
  2. GL Account
  3. Warehouse Control
  4. Warehouse Variance
  5. Good in Transit Control
  6. WIP Inspection (Optional)
  7. WIP In progress (Optional)
  8. WIP Variance (Optional)
  9. Automatically cleared Variance (Optional)

 

  1. Delivery Address
  2. Street
  3. City
  4. State
  5. Country
  6. Zip code

Menu Path

Inventory > Setup > Warehouses

  • Enter Warehouse Code
  • Enter Warehouse Description/Name

  • Click on Save.
  • Warehouse is created.
  • Exit transaction.
